Welcome to the Masson group, studying quantum optics theory at the University of South Florida!
Our research is in theoretical quantum optics, with a particular focus on collective effects in light-matter interfaces. We seek to understand and manipulate light-matter interactions, and harness them for quantum simulation, quantum information, and metrology. We are based in the Interdisciplinary Sciences Building on USF's beautiful Tampa campus. You can find out about some of our recent research here, meet the group here, or read about research opportunities here.Â
